Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital products or downloads
- Custom orders or personalized items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Exchanges
If the item is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or something of equal value.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a fault on our side.
